This Wednesday evening the new Iron Wind Metals Online Store will be open for use. New customer account will need to be created for purchasing on the new online store. When logging in on the new web store for the first week, there will be a Welcome page with details about how old Credit and CDT status will be handled, plus links to the FAQ.
The old online store will be placed in Maintenance mode before the new store is opened for use. If you are a customer that uses your shopping cart as a wish list, take pictures or write down what is in your cart. The old online store will be going away after the all of the old orders have been shipped, it will be archived. The address to the old store will redirect to the new store.

Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, International Shipment times have greatly increased for different parts of the world.
We have lately seen shipments are taking 6 to 8 weeks or longer to arrive in the destination country.
Others seem to take weeks to clear customs once they have arrived.
Also, once an order leaves the US and enters another countries postal system, it becomes very difficult for us to track.
Please account for these possible delays when ordering, and allow at least 4 weeks from the date we ship your order for it to arrive before contacting us regarding a possible delivery problem.
