PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
NOTE: Iron Wind Metals values all our direct customers equally. All orders, whether by website, mail, or phone are normally handled in the order received, and order volume can vary greatly.
While we strive for an order turnaround time from receipt to shipping of 3-5 business days from the date your order is downloaded, staff limitations and extra-heavy order volume can effect this window, especially as many website orders contain products that must be cast to order. Additionally, while we download orders every morning of every business day, we are not open on Saturday or Sunday, which means that orders placed on a Friday or over a weekend will not begin to process until the following Monday. Finally, standard shipping can take 3 to 4 days or more, depending on location - and UPS does not deliver standard shipping on weekends.
So please allow sufficient time for downloading, processing and delivery when you place your order, and please allow two weeks before emailing to check on order status. (Unless you fail to receive a confirmation e-mail on web orders.)
Also please note - while special shipping options, such as FedEx Std. Overnight, will expedite shipping time once an order is processed, they will not move the order ahead of other orders received earlier. So plan ahead and give sufficient time when ordering, especially if you need the minis for scheduled games or tournaments.

Iron Wind Metals Shipping Policies – January 21, 2009
Beginning tomorrow January 21st, 2009, Iron Wind Metals will be shipping all mail orders signature required due to a large number of orders apparently being delivered to customers doors and then disappearing.
This means that someone will need to be home to receive and sign for the shipment, or go to the local Fed Ex and pick it up.
If you do not wish your order sent signature required please direct as such in the comments section when you place your order.
However, please bear in mind that if you do request that the package not be sent signature required and it is dropped at your door and disappears, IWM is not responsible to replace the order...
Current IWM standard shipping and handling charges:
Continental US:
Orders up to $50.00 - shipping and handling is $10.00
Orders from $50.01 to $100.00 - shipping and handling is $12.00
Orders from $100.01 to $150.00 - shipping and handling is $14.00
Orders from $150.01 and over - shipping and handling is FREE
Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii
Orders up to $50.00 - shipping and handling is $14.00
Orders from $50.01 to $100.00 - shipping and handling is $17.00
Orders from $100.01 to $150.00 - shipping and handling is $20.00
Orders from $150.01 to $200.00 - shipping and handling is $23.00
Orders from $200.01 and over - shipping and handling is FREE
Other International orders
Orders up to $50.00 - shipping and handling is $20.00
Orders from $50.01 to $100.00 - shipping and handling is $26.00
Orders from $100.01 to $150.00 - shipping and handling is $30.00
Orders from $150.01 to $200.00 - shipping and handling is $36.00
Orders from $200.01 to $250.00 - shipping and handling is $40.00
Orders from $250.01 and over - shipping and handling is FREE
Continental U.S. orders are normally shipped standard FedEx Ground.
(FedEx orders require a valid street address. - P.O. boxes, APOs, etc will be shipped USPS priority mail.)
Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders are normally shipped USPS Priority Mail.
International Shipments are subject to all duties, tariffs, taxes, and/or other shipping charges in accordance to each customers local laws, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Special Shipping Options (Available as shopping cart items)
For Continental United States ONLY
FedEx 2nd Day - $12.00
FedEx Std. Overnight - $34.00
These are in addition to other shipping charges, you will need to select these in the shopping cart.
These rates are NOT available outside of the continental United States.
For Special Canada, Hawaii, Alaska or other international shipping options - please email for rates.

All returns or mis-pack problems must be handled through Iron Wind Metals sales staff. Please email us with any problems. Office hours are 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday thru Friday.

Changes / Cancellations to Website Orders…
When placing orders please be sure that the items ordered are what you want.
Iron Wind Metals does not receive credit card information for website orders. We cannot credit or refund debit card, credit card, or Paypal orders once an order is placed.
On orders placed but not yet processed (usually 24 to 48 hrs) items may be substituted for other items of equal or less value at no charge. (Call to check status).
Once in process and on the floor, all orders are final.
